BigVPS, a colo4jax brand, bases its entire customer agreement on colo4jax's
customer agreement, located at http://www.colo4jax.com/ca.txt with the following
modifications:

1) VPS services are software services.  Our ability to provide this service is
subordinate to the functionality of the software we use.  In most cases, this
software is not written or maintained by us.  As such, the only thing we can 
warrant is that software can and will break at some point.  If the software
doesn't work, the service doesn't work.

2) Because we did not write all of the software used in the provision
of your VPS service, any public reporting of a deficiency or problem with the 
service is strictly and expressly prohibited.  Any violation of this provision 
will be construed as both slander and abuse, and will be subject to the penalties
provided herein, and by law.
